Taenia solium larval form in liver - sometimes referred to as Cysticercus cellulosae. These cysticerci can be found in all areas of the human body and symptoms depend on the site involved. Taenia solium which is a cestode parasite of man who become infected by eating under cooked pork, containing these larvae. Humans and pigs may be infected with these larval forms on ingesting eggs.
